Between 2016-17, Bisabri Ag Research & Consulting conducted a trial using SeaMate™ on citrus in Newman, California.
Protocol:
The trial consisted of two treatments each year. The first treatment, Control, included the Grower’s standard fertility program. The second treatment, SeaMate, included the Grower’s standard fertility program and SeaMate® added at a rate of 6 oz pre-bloom, and 6 oz after petal fall each year.
Observations
Treated rows experienced as much as a 49% increase in yield with SeaMate® compared to the control.
