Almonds
Between 2016-17, Bisabri Ag Research & Consulting conducted a trial using SeaMate™ on almonds in the San Joaquin Valley, California.
Protocol:
The trial consisted of two treatments each year. The first treatment, Control, included the Grower’s standard fertility program. The second treatment, SeaMate, included the Grower’s standard fertility program and SeaMate® added at a rate of 6 oz at full bloom, and 6 oz four weeks after petal fall.
Observations
Treated rows experienced as much as a 17% increase in yield with SeaMate® compared to the control.
Treated rows showed more consistent sizing and health.
